Coming from a multinational corporate experience of around 15 years and a rich training & development journey in highly reputable MNCs accompanied, Ms. Enayeh is an HR and Business Management Professional certified in Canada with honors. She holds the prestigious SPHR certification (Senior Professional in Human Resources) from the US HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Senior Certified Practitioner (SHRM-SCP) from the Society of Human Resource Management US. She has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Business Management as Practitioner, Manager and Director. Ms. Enayeh presided over the role of President of the Institute of Human Resource Management in Syria (IHRM) and was an active founding member of the association.

Samar’s area of expertise is Human Resource Management HRM, both in operational and strategic aspects. She is specialized in Performance management, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and competency frameworks.
